Room Layout Capacity

Go to Admin > Rooms > Room Layouts > Adjust Capacity based on Room Layout

Select the room, the layout ie banquet, classroom, theatre style and then enter the minimum and maximum capacities for that room. Update and Refresh

You can create layout capacities for each type of room layout or cnfiguration for each of your function rooms / area.
