Create/Edit Sub Rooms

A sub room divides your physical rooms into smaller areas, that can be individually booked.

• Select the main room and then enter a name for the sub room partition.
• Min and Max PAX are the limits of the numbers of people that reservations are accepted for that particular room.
• Staff/Public booking is set if the Area can be booked by the Public. This facility is described later in Add-Ons
• Allow Multiple Bookings if this is set to No there can only be one confirmed event allowed in a single timeslot, if this is set to yes, you can book as many confirmed events in as you wish.

When complete, click “Add”.
Care should be taken if a room is deleted - all records of past and future bookings will be deleted.
Click the bin symbol to Delete a room.
