Create/Edit Rooms

This sets the physical layout of your venue.

• Click “Add” to add a new room.
• Min and Max PAX are the limits of the numbers of people that reservations are accepted for that particular room.
• Staff/Public booking is set if the Area can be booked by the Public. This facility is described later in Add-Ons
• Allow Multiple Bookings if this is set to No there can only be one confirmed event allowed in a single timeslot, if this is set to yes, you can book as many confirmed events in as you wish.

When complete, click “Update and Refresh”.

Care should be taken if a room is deleted - all records of past and future bookings will be deleted.

Click on the bin symbol toDelete a room.

The Colour option allows you to change the colour that the booking displays in the Daily View. Click on the Default colour, and select from the palette.
