Multiple customer contacts can be managed under a company name. Go to Customers > Add Customer > Add Now> [complete the fields for company details and contact details] > Submit

Additonal contacts can be added under the company name if you go to Cutomers> [Select Company name] > Additional Contacts > Add Contacts > [complete the fields for contact details] > Submit
